This course has been designed to help you understand the fundamentals, processes, and tools and techniques in Project Management, as well as to prepare you for the PMI Certified Project Management Professional Exam. The course covers all the required areas of the Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), as specified by the Project Management Institute. This knowledge will increase your competency in Project Management and prepare you to take PMI’s (PMP) ® or CAPM Certification Exam.
